Characters:
Aiden(still thinking about this one): He's the oldest of the two brothers. He has light brown hair and brown eyes. Tall and scrawny-looking. Short tempered with a superiority complex. Has a nice side to him, but its rarely, if ever, seen. Both brothers are living with their aunt and uncle. Works as a waiter/busboy at their Italian restaurant.

Claud: Youngest of the two and is in middle school. Looks like a miniature version of his older brother except his hair is a bit shorter. Shy around most people. One of the few people who can calm his brother down.

Carmine: Tan-skinned woman in her early to mid twenties. Lazy, yet devious in some ways. Owns a shop that sells a variety of bizarre items ranging from books about the occult to special ingredients you can't find anywhere else. Sometimes offers fortune telling upon request. She claims her store policy is that she won't responsible for anything that goes awry but she does drop helpful hints when needed. Carmine can be helpful, but she's rather quite... lazy I guess I should say.

Melilla Partridge: Sort of the out-of-place teenager, black-purple hair and somewhat pale skin even though she enjoys outdoorsy type of activities--anything to get out of her house. She has a nice personality even though others don't think she's very nice. She believes strongly in spirits and knows Carmine very well.

Sereno Lazereno: an American with Mexican heritage as his background. Speaks fluent English and Spanish. Transfer student to the school as a freshman, so a bit lost, and eager to meet new people. He's tan and has brown hair, eyes, because he's a beaner. But his personality is really eccentric.

Setting:
A city called "Estrella Heights". The city can have both elements of it being corrupted but having a rather gloomy atmosphere.

Plot:
The first thing that came just briefly came to mind that it could be about some demons/spirits/monster creatures from folklore from different cultures. But since the story's set during the modern day that to most people they're nothing more than stories but they do happen to exist but aren't visible to normal people... But the main characters can, etc...

Genre:
Dark horror realistic fantasy
